IMVI is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create videos from images using various artistic styles. The Service includes:

  • Video download and sharing capabilities
  • Credit-based payment system for video generation

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

4. Payment and Credits

4.1 Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate videos. Credit costs vary based on video resolution and duration.

4.2 Payment

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe)
  • Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice
  • Credits are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion
  • Unused credits do not expire unless your account is inactive for an extended period

4.3 Refunds

Refunds for unused credits may be available within 30 days of purchase. Contact support@imvi.io for refund requests. Refunds are processed at our discretion.

5. User Content

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Is pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Violates the privacy or rights of others

5.3 Generated Videos

Videos generated through the Service are owned by you. You may use generated videos for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMVI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IMVI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
